In 2023, I co-founded Wakishi Ramen — a late-night, take-out ramen brand based in Long Beach, California. The brand was built on original market insight: identifying a gap in accessible, late-night food options for working-class consumers. I led the full concept development, brand strategy, and creative direction — translating behavioral observation into a cohesive visual identity with clear positioning impact.

In 2026, the work received a Bronze at the Indigo Design Award, an international competition recognizing design excellence across disciplines and countries.
